1. **Eligibility**:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Any items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.

2. **Return Authorization**:
- Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team at support@sundaehardware.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number.
- Please include the RA number on the outside of the package and include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation inside the package.

3. **Return Shipping**:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return package. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking information.

4. **Refunds**:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. **Exchanges**:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item instead.

6. **Damaged or Defective Items**:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
- Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item(s) to assist us in resolving the issue promptly.

7. **Restocking Fee**:
- A restocking fee may apply to certain returns, particularly for large or special-order items. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

8. **Non-Returnable Items**:
- Some items may not be eligible for return due to health and safety reasons or manufacturer restrictions. These items include but are not limited to:
- Consumable products (e.g., food items)
- Customized or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
