NEMOX gelato 5K Crea SC is the most compact fully automatic table-top ice cream machine! Equipped with a sophisticated software which manages its functions. In addition to the normal manual function the operator has at his disposal. 4 fully automatic production programs (gelato classico, semi-soft ice cream, granita, shock freezing). 4 specific storage temperatures available depending on the different type of product you prepare. These automatic programs, as well an ensuring the best results, makes the machine completely autonomous leaving the operator free to focus on other tasks. Easy cleaning through the drain valve. We offer a limited 1-year manufactures' s warranty on ALL electric products unless otherwise specified. In case of repair, B & A LLC or one of our authorized repair facilities, will, upon receipt of the machine, repair the unit and return freight paid.

 We will not accept any return that is not properly packed in a corrugated box!

 Commercial use of items intended for home use voids the warranty.

 All of our electrical products feature a one-year warranty, we encourage customers to call us directly for technical support.

 There is a 10 to 20% re-stock fee for returns due to buyer’s remorse (15-day window).The fee considers machine usage, quality of shipping cartons and resale value of the product.

There are no commercial products returns allowed, all sales are Final.
